COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Our technicians have acquired the Infection Control Training – COVID-19 certification. All equipment such as the lights, chairs, and glasses are disinfected before and after each and every client, along with all disposable equipment being disposed of after each use. All technicians use PPE such as masks, gloves, etc.
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY TREATMENT?
Champagne Smile offer a complimentary Mobile Service with all treatments, which means – We come to you! We visit homes, workplaces and hotels. In addition, we offer ‘Salon Visits’ at partnering salons in Sydney, Gold Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong if you prefer an in salon experience. Click here to find out more.
HOW MANY SHADES WHITER?
While depending on the client’s physiology, you can expect your teeth to improve by up to 14 shades whiter post-treatment. We ask that you have a realistic expectation of your result and encourage you to work with your technician to achieve your best results.
HOW LONG WILL MY RESULTS LAST?
Like most cosmetic treatments, Cosmetic Teeth Whitening is not a ‘once off’ treatment and Top Up treatments are recommended to achieve your desired result. At the time of your first appointment, your technician will recommend the best course of action to deliver the best results. After your initial Triple Treatment or Ultra White Treatment, we strongly recommend you consider a 4-6 Week Top Up to ensure the longevity of your Champagne Smile. Your results will last longer if you refrain from coffee, tea, red wine and smoking.
WHO IS THE TREATMENT NOT SUITABLE FOR?
Our treatments are not suitable for pregnant/breastfeeding women, children under the age of 14.
HOW LONG DOES THE TREATMENT TAKE?
The Triple Treatment or Ultra White Treatment takes up to 2 hours per appointment to complete. This includes set up, consultation and after care recommendations. Please allow additional time for Group Bookings.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY TREATMENT?
We encourage you to visit your dentist for a general check up and clean prior to having your teeth whitened with us. As well as eating and drinking prior to your appointment as you are unable to do so for 3 hours post treatment.
WILL I EXPERIENCE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?
While our treatments are mostly comfortable, some clients may experience minor sensitivity throughout or after their treatment, however this is only temporary and will subside within 12-48 hours. We recommend the use of Sensodyne Rapid Relief Toothpaste leading up to and post treatment for those with exisiting sensitivity. Our treatments use 6% Hydrogen Peroxide and will not harm or damage your enamel or restorative material such as fillings, caps, bonding etc.
WHAT ARE THE POST CARE RECOMMENDATIONS?
Once you have received your treatment with us, we recommend no eating/ drinking for the first 3 hours, as well as maintaining a ‘white diet’ for the first 48-72 hours. Therefore avoiding anything with a high coloured pigment or sticky residue. The reason for this is the surface of the enamel will be porous post treatment and more susceptible to stains.
HOW DO I RETAIN MY RESULTS?
To ensure your teeth are always looking their best, we recommend the following:
- Visit your Dentist every 6 months
- Regular Top Up Treatment’s every 3-6 months
- Clean your teeth twice, daily.
- Regular use of our Gold Teeth Whitening Pen & On the Go Finger Wipes
- Avoiding coffee/tea, red wine and smoking.
